Peel Stop Triple Thick High Build Binding Primer is a high performance water-base binding primer that locks down peeling paint and seals cracked, worn, and weathered surfaces. It is 3 times thicker than regular primers to create a smoother surface for a more uniform finish. It may be used on interior or exterior surfaces such as previously painted wood, wood siding, doors, trim, plywood, brick, stucco, aluminum, and fiberglass. It dries white and may be top coated in 2 hours.
