The Tow-Pro Elite Electric Trailer Brake Controller Remote Head allows for convenient installation on or around the vehicle dashboard. Designed for mounting at a distance from the main unit, the remote head won't impede lower leg airbags or driver legroom and its low profile and shock-absorbing elastomers ensure it can be installed in crash impact zones. ? ? Mount the Tow-Pro Elite Remote Head directly to the dashboard or center console, and is much smaller and easier to find space for on the dash compared to other electric trailer brake controller models. It can also be installed with a spare knock out switch, requiring only two holes to be drilled. The remote head already comes as part of the Tow-Pro Elite Electric Trailer Brake Controller kit. Note that the REDARC Universal Switch Insert Panel (TPS-001) can be purchased for an OEM style and appearance for installation of this remote head.
